Bunkhouse Rules
1) A $50 deposit is required for a group to stay in a bunkhouse. This deposit will be
refunded after an EMR employee inspects the bunkhouse and surrounding area
and determines that all rules have been followed and the bunkhouse is clean. If
it is not or the rules were not follwed, the deposit is forfeited and the group could
possibly be expelled from the EMR Premises.
2) Absolutely NO UNDERAGE DRINKING! Group leaders are responsible for
enforcing that no-one under 21 years old consumes alcoholic beverages.
3) Absolutely NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED at any time! There are no exceptions to
this rule: sparklers, spinners, firecrackers, etc.
4) The bunkhouse must be left in the same condition as it was found:
A) Bunkhouse must be cleaned of all trash and debris before leaving.
B) The area surrounding the bunkhouse must be clean and picked up.
C) All trash must be separated as instructions below.
D) No destruction, defacing, or moving of EMR Property.
5) Each group Bunkhouse is totally responsible for their garbage. All groups must
put their garbage along Bunkhouse Road before leaving.
A) ALL CANS, GLASS, and METAL must be put in METAL TRASH CANS or
BLACK TRASH BAGS.
B) ALL PAPER, PLASTIC, and FOOD GARBAGE must be put in PLASTIC 55
GALLON BARRELS or WHITE TRASH BAGS.
C) ALL PAINTBALL BOXES MUST BE BROKEN DOWN and STACKED BESIDE
the OTHER GARBAGE.
6) NO FIRING OF PAINTBALL MARKERS in or around Bunkhouses.
7) ALL FIRES by the bunkhouses must be contained in a totally enclosed, raised,
movable, Fire Place that is totally enclosed in screen mesh and be kept a
minimum of 10’ from the bunkhouse. Example:Coleman Patio Fireplaces. All
Ashes must be dumped in the bon fire pit. No glass or metal in ashes allowed.
8) EACH TEAM must be respectful of other players and groups concerning NOISE,
PROFANITY, and VERBAL ABUSE.
A) All TEAMS must observe Quiet Time after MIDNIGHT.
B) All TEAMS must respect the opinions and feelings of other players.
9) No Smoking, cooking stoves, grills, fireplaces, etc in Bunkhouses.
10) No FOUR WHEELERS/ATVs/MINI-BIKES/TRAIL BIKES/ GOLF CARTS allowed.
11) No parking in front of the bunkhouses. You can park behind or beside them.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE USE OF A BUNKHOUSE IS A PRIVELEGE THAT IS
KEPT BY BEING CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS AND THEIR PROPERTY.
I have read and understand the rules stated above and agree to follow them completely with the knowledge of breaking these rules could be reason for ejection from the EMR Property.

Home Team Bunkhouse Rules
1) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse must retain the required amount of 15 players each year
that buy one-year passes to keep their bunkhouse as their own.
Passes for 2008
will cost $200 each and will include Compressed Air and CO2. EMR expects all
Bunkhouse Pass Holders to attend at least 4 EMR games which includes 3 or the
BIG FOUR Events.
2) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse MUST pay for their one-year passes by January 15th, 2008
by check, cash, or money order. PAYMENT BY PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS WILL
COST $225 per PASS. Any passes purchased after 1/15/08 will cost $250.
3) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse must pay a $200 per year Electricity Fee by Jan 30th 2008
4) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse must be kept in good repair including:
A) Bunkhouse must be raised totally off of the ground on good supports.
B) Bunkhouse must be kept painted and/or sided. Must look good.
C) Bunkhouse surroundings must be kept clean and picked up at all times.
D) NO BUILDING MATERIALS, SCRAP, etc. can be left beside or behind any
bunkhouse. It must be disposed of or stacked neatly under the bunkhouse.
5) EACH TEAM Bunkhouse is totally responsible for their garbage.
A $50 fine will
be imposed after each event or weekend on any TEAM that does not have
their garbage properly separated and taken care of as follows. Each TEAM
is responsible for any guests that they have stay or visit their bunkhouse.
All TEAMS must put their garbage along Bunkhouse Road before leaving.
A) ALL CANS, GLASS, and METAL must be put in METAL TRASH CANS or
BLACK TRASH BAGS.
B) ALL PAPER, PLASTIC, and FOOD GARBAGE must be put in PLASTIC 55
GALLON BARRELS or WHITE TRASH BAGS.
C) ALL PAINTBALL BOXES MUST BE BROKEN DOWN and STACKED BESIDE
the OTHER GARBAGE.
D) ON ANY WEEKEND OTHER THAN EMR’s MAIN EVENTS, EACH TEAM
MUST DISPOSE OF ALL THEIR OWN GARBAGE. $50 Fine if not done.
A) EITHER TAKE IT WITH YOU or
B) EMPTY 55 GALLON BARRELS and THROW WHITE TRASH BAGS into
the FIRE PIT BEHIND the BARN. EMPTY METAL CANS and BLACK
TRASH BAGS into the DUMPSTER.
6) EACH TEAM is responsible to clean up all work materials before leaving.
A) All Drywall must be broken up and removed or put in dumpster.
B) Glass and Paint Cans must be crushed and put in dumpster.
C) All Scrap Wood and Furniture must be put in Fire Pit Behind Barn.
D) All broken appliances, grills, etc. must be taken with you to dispose of.
E) All wood and materials must be neatly stacked under the bunkhouse.
7) ALL FIRES must be contained in a totally enclosed, raised, movable, Fire Place
that is totally enclosed in screen mesh and be kept a minimum of 10’ from the
bunkhouse. It must be totally extinguished before left. All Ashes must be
dumped in the bon fire pit. Move fire pits beside bunkhouse before leaving.
8) EACH TEAM must be respectful of other players concerning NOISE, PROFANITY,
and VERBAL ABUSE.
All Players are paying customers and not all of them want
to stay up all night and especially listen to profanity. Keep it in your bunkhouse.
A) All TEAMS must observe Quiet Time after MIDNIGHT at all Events.
B) All TEAMS must respect the opinions and feelings of other players.
9) No Smoking in Bunkhouses.
A) All Team Bunkhouses must have a SMOKE ALARM inside Bunkhouse.
B) All Team Bunkhouses must have a FIRE EXTINGUISHER mounted on the wall inside their bunkhouse by the door.
10) ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS AT ANY TIME!
11) No FOUR WHEELERS/ATVs/MINI-BIKES/TRAIL BIKES/ ETC. use allowed at EMR.
Golf carts are allowed if driven responsibly and Owner provides EMR with an
insurance policy naming EMR as an additional insured with a minimum liability
coverage of $250,000
12) NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
Teams are responsible for monitoring their own
members and guests to insure that they are 21 years old before consuming
alcoholic beverages.
13) No parking in front of the bunkhouses along bunkhouse road.
You may park
between the bunkhouses if you are not in a roadway or behind them or in
designated parking areas. No vehicle should extend past the front of the
bunkhouse along the bunkhouse road.
14) All Home Team Bunkhouse that want a SANI-POT for any events must order
them directly from Suburban Septic at (888) 775-3693. Ask for Yvonne.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT HAVING YOUR OWN BUNKHOUSE IS A PRIVELEGE THAT IS KEPT BY BEHAVING LIKE AN EMR HOME TEAM AND PART OF THE EMR FAMILY . HOME TEAMS ARE EXPECTED TO RESPECT THE OTHER PLAYERS AND EMPLOYEES OF EMR AS THEY WANT TO BE RESPECTED AND BEHAVE ACCORDINGLY BOTH ON AND OFF THE FIELD . THIS ALSO INCLUDES ALL WORDS AND POSTS ON THE INTERNET. ANY TEAM THAT DOES NOT CONVEY THE FAMILY AND COMRADERIE ATMOSPHERE OF EMR ON THE INTERNET OR AT EMR CAN HAVE THEIR BUNKHOUSES TAKEN FROM THEM!
I have read and completely understand the rules listed above and agree to abide by them fully. I understand that breaking these rules can result in losing the rights to use the bunkhouse or expulsion from EMR.
