EMR Prices

WILL OPEN FOR PRIVATE GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE PLAYERS ANYTIME From April 1 through September 30 except during certain EMR Events! Check schedule for listing of Events and call or e-mail for availability for private Groups. Will Open Weekends Only from October 1st through December 31st for private groups of 10 or more. Closed for January and February. Will Open Weekends Only for March. Pricing is the same for Players that Own Their Own Equipment as Unlimited CO2 and Compressed Air is Included.
Must reserve with $200 deposit in advance for 10 to 24 players, $400 deposit for 25 to 49 players, and $800 deposit for 50 or more players to book private groups. Deposits may be made with Cash or Money Orders at any time or Checks if received by EMR at least Two Weeks in advance of Group Play Date. To make group reservations or Event Pre-registration with a Credit Card or Paypal, they must be done at www.EMRPAINTBALL.com . All Private Group Registration Forms and EMR Event Pre-registration Forms may be found at www.EMRPAINTBALL.com under Registration. Deposit should be made at least two weeks in advance to insure Group Reservation, however it is sometimes possible to reserve group as quickly as one day in advance if spaces and refs are available. Call or e-mail first to confirm any dates for private group availability.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED AT EMR. Payment of Group Deposits or Individual Pre-registrations for Events may be made by Personal Check if received by EMR at least 2 weeks in advance of the group or event play dates. Business Checks accepted only if pre-approved by EMR in advance or received at least 2 weeks in advance of play date.

PRIVATE GROUP PRICING:
$ 37.75 ($40 INCLUDING TAX) PER PLAYER for GROUPS OF 10 or more players. Price includes per player:All Day Play on a variety of playing fields from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm run by EMR safety certified refs, 500 Paintballs, TIPPMANN Semi-Auto Paintball Marker and Mask if needed, and unlimited CO2 and COMPRESSED AIR.
Price is the same for players with their own equipment as we include the unlimited CO2 and Compressed Air. Nighttime play is available by special request two weeks in advance. Overnight Lodging and Camping is FREE for all groups as well as use of the Picnic Pavilion, Swim Pond, Volleyball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Bon Fire area, and Rec. Center.
To play for a TWO-DAY period, the price would be $47.17 per player ($50 INCLUDING TAX) and includes the package plus an additional consecutive day of play.

$ 28.30 ($30 INCLUDING TAX) PER PLAYER for GROUPS OF 25 or more players. Everyone receives the above package and the ORGANIZER gets the package listed above FREE PLUS an additional 1500 PAINTBALLS.
To play for a two-day period, the price would be $37.75 per player ($40 INCLUDING TAX) and includes the listed package and an additional consecutive day of play.

$ 28.30 ($30 INCLUDING TAX) PER PLAYER for GROUPS OF 50 or more players. Everyone gets the above package plus the ORGANIZER gets the package listed above FREE PLUS an additional 3500 PAINTBALLS.
To play for a two-day period, the price would be $37.75 per player ($40 INCLUDING TAX) and includes the listed package and an additional consecutive day of play.

BIRTHDAY SPECIAL:
$ 18.87 ($20 INCLUDING TAX) Includes 2 hours of play, 200 paintballs, Tippmann semi-auto Marker,
Mask/Goggles, CO2. Minimum of 10 players age 10 to 19. Must reserve two weeks in advance with a $200 deposit.

EVENT GROUP PRICING:
For any of EMR’s Big Games or Scenario Games, there will be a $4.72 ($5 INCLUDING TAX) DISCOUNT per player for GROUPS OF 25 or more players that pre-register together at one time and prepay by the pre-registration date of the event by check, money order, or cash and the organizer will get FREE ENTRY to the event. There will be a $9.44 ($10 INCLUDING TAX) DISCOUNT per player for GROUPS OF 50 or more players that pre-register together at one time and prepay by the pre-registration date of the event by check, money order, or cash and two organizers will get FREE ENTRY to the event.
